Pricing pages are written to be skimmed. This is the same table read from the plan screen inside a live free account, so every number below is the one the product shows when you are about to hand it money.

All four prices are per month, from the plan screen of a free account on 29 October 2026. Paying yearly gets two months free, which the same screen offers. Prices and limits change; the plan screen is the only place worth trusting when you are about to pay.
The limits that bite first are not the features, they are the counts. One email campaign means one newsletter send at a time, which is fine for a weekly letter and painful the moment you want a welcome sequence plus a monthly announcement in the same month. One automation rule covers one trigger, so a second scenario needs the paid tier. The 2,000 contacts and the $10,000 sales cap are the two numbers that decide when the subscription pays for itself rather than costing you.
My own experience of the free tier, having published a page on it: the editor and the publishing work without a paid plan, the page goes live at a random path, and nothing in the flow pushed me towards a checkout. The upsell is the counts.
If you are selling one thing to a list you are still building, the free plan holds you until either 2,000 contacts or 10,000 dollars of sales. Startup is the tier for the moment you pass that, and the two things it buys that matter are contacts and campaigns. Webinar and Unlimited are for people running evergreen webinars or several brands, and the jump from $17 to $47 is only worth it when you would use the webinar feature, not because the numbers look bigger.
